By accessing our website, enrolling in Lasioweb Academy, or hiring us for digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services & Project Scope

Project Agreements: All development, design, and marketing work will be governed by a specific project contract or blueprint agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Revisions & Scope Creep: We deliver exactly what is outlined in the project blueprint. Additional features or major changes requested after the project has started will be billed as extra work.

Timelines: We work diligently to meet all deadlines. However, timelines may be adjusted if the client delays providing necessary information, feedback, or approvals.
Payments & Billing

Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your project agreement. Work may be paused if payments are significantly delayed.
- •
Non-Refundable Deposits: An initial deposit is required to secure your spot in our development schedule or in Lasioweb Academy. This deposit is non-refundable once work or instruction has commenced.
Intellectual Property

Final Ownership: Once your project is fully paid for, you own the final deliverables (the website, app, or branding).
- •
Our Rights: Lasioweb retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

Underlying Code: We retain the rights to the underlying, reusable open-source code and libraries used to build your platform.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, specifically within the jurisdiction of Kaduna State.
